Fox News interviewer Chris Wallace (not that Chris Wallace) is again the lynchpin for liberal riling. Democratic Congressman and a whistle blower on powerful closeted queers throughout D.C. Barney Frank took offense to Wallace’s questioning, intimating that he was trying to make all him and the other democratic guests look bad.
Here are the issues Frank got angry about:
Mr. Wallace had asked questions mentioning pressure from liberal Democratic activists, tax hikes on the wealthy, abortion, gay rights and the ban on gays in the armed forces.
All three did however answer the question, making the lead item in the Washington Post sunday chat wrap because they promised the first two years of Democratic control would not be dominated by a “liberal agenda”

“Our first efforts are going to be to do those things that I think the mainstream of America wants,” Frank said. “Some things have become liberal because the right wingers who control the Republican party have abandoned them to us.”
Asked about his opposition to the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy toward gay service men and women, Frank, one of the few openly gay members of the House, said he would fight discrimination but that issue was “not what we’re going to begin with.”

As far as I know, there has only been one person in congress screaming about that and his name rhymes with Luck Strangle.

Which still is, well, disputed.
…and a statement in which Mr. Frank said the likely speaker, Rep. Nancy Pelosi of California, had made “an error of judgment” in a leadership contest.
A real bold statement considering the New York Times ripped her as well.
Call me a kook, but it doesn’t exactly seem like a hit job. Fox News is a lot of things, but asking relatively mild questions and expecting relatively comprehensive answers isn’t exactly textbook yellow journalism.
