I don’t know what AP scribes Steven R. Hurst and Hamza Hendawi have against the judge in the Saddam trial, but it was enough to slip this gem into the big story about the Saddam verdict…
Saddam trembled and shouted “God is great” when the hawk-faced chief judge, Raouf Abdul-Rahman, declared the former leader guilty and sentenced him to hang.
