Pump up the volume kids because it’s time for another edition of Everything Old Is New Again. Remember that plucky youngster who used to be such a pain in Lars Ulrich’s ass America briefly thought the boy was wearing the Metallica drummer as a hat? How about when getting hysterical about the environment because Al Gore told you to wasn’t all the rage? Are you longing for that special moment when you used to listen to Depche Mode with that special someone and talk about how radical things are in Iran as you traced hearts on each others feet?
Well, it’s your lucky day. Let’s see if these bastards can do 90!
• Napster Smarty pants Sean Fanning is now in cahoots with MySpace’s new music store. You finally have something in common with that kid you had in ‘95.
• Oh yeah, Global Warming may not kill us all immediately. Jake Gyllenhaal is still afraid of wolves.
• Ahmadinejad wants all liberal and secular profs ejected from state schools. Iran: still crazy after all these years.
