• Remember when I politely discussed the merits of a YouTube article with a New York Observer scribe? Remember how much of the back and forth had to do with generational differences? How sometimes a younger set just doesn’t get what their forefathers were up to?

Well a 25-year-old NYU law student bought the paper today.

So far I’ve yet to get a response from new MBF buddy Tom Scocca about his reaction. I knew I shouldn’t have pushed the “Tommy” thing. Oh bother.

   cristal is all pissy that hip-hop is changing/has changed the company’s rep. what’s the friggen big deal - hip-hop is big money, which shows that cristal is big money, and attracts people who wanna be big money (though, maybe all the thuggery is scaring cristal…maybe). but, then, i guess, maybe, in some strange world, i’d be pissed too if i knew my product was being used in sprinkler systems to water foliage and to fill hot tubs. money is fricken money beotches.
