Being forced to put the Penn down

It seems like forever ago we became privy to Sean Penn’s delightful trips through Iran and now that it has come a close we are forced to move on and apply the life lessons we have learned, including:

- America is awful, but not as bad as Iran, maybe
- When trying to blend into a foreign marketplace it is preferable to videotape yourself after creating an international fan base
- Sean can spot the “What are you doing here Mr. Penn?” face from a mile away so save it journo
- Never do an interview dry, ever

And then there is the grand finale, which is kind of anti-climactic aside from the sobering point that CNN’s morning show just might be even dumber than Penn himself. Maybe.

We will miss you Sean, next year let’s do North Korea!
